Aes Ambelis White
A lively wine, with a bright greenish-yellow color and an intense aromatic and fruity character dominated by citrus blossoms, pears and green apples. Finely balanced, with a refreshing acidity that leads to a long aftertaste. A perfect match for green salads, fresh fish and pasta. Best served at 10°C.
Aes Ambelis Rose
A lively wine with a bright pink color and an intense aromatic character dominated by rose aroma and red fruit, such as sour cherry, strawberry and pomegranate. Aes Ambelis Rose has a refreshing acidity and a long aromatic aftertaste. A perfect match for pasta, mild cheeses and roasted meat. Best served at 10°C. Also, very pleasant as an aperitif.
Aes Ambelis Red
A balanced and full-bodied wine, offering a complex bouquet of intense aromas of berries, black cherries and roses. Its soft and noble character is fully revealed at 16°C. Best enjoyed with mature cheeses, charcuterie and game.
Aes Ambelis Sauvignon Blanc
Created from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, cultivated in selected vineyards under our careful supervision. A balanced, fresh wine, with a bright greenish color and a vibrant acidity, offering rich aromas and flavours reminiscent of ripe tropical and citrus fruit. Enjoy this wine chilled at 10°C. Pairing suggestions include seafood, light cheeses and fresh garden salads.
Aes Ambelis Sauvignon Blanc Fume
Produced from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, cultivated in selected vineyards. Following cold maceration, the wine is subsequently fermented and then aged in French oak barrels on its lees. It has a bright golden yellow color and a rich aromatic profile of tropical fruit and pear, in balance with the flavors from oak aging, such as vanilla and toasted dry nuts. Enjoy this wine chilled at 11°C. Paring suggestions include shellfish, smoked cheeses and white meet with creamy sauces.
Aes Ambelis Promara
A uniquely rich and complex wine meticulously produced from the rare Cypriot indigenous variety Promara. It offers a refreshing, balanced mix of fruity aromas and flavors, such as citrus, pear and exotic fruit, leading to a well-balanced finish. A perfect match for fresh fish, pasta dishes with light sauces and fresh vegetable salads. Best served at 10°C.

Aes Ambelis Aias (Cabernet Sauvignon)
An intense and long-lasting bouquet of fragrances and flavors, reminiscent of green pepper, vanilla, macaque, tobacco and nuts. Bright coloring, discreetly reveals the effects of aging. The taste is carefully structured in terms of acidity, pleasantly releasing the rich flavor. A balanced, full-bodied wine with a long and sophisticated touch. It reveals its velvety and gentle character fully at 18 °C.
Aes Ambelis Ektor (Shiraz)
A full-bodied wine with a bright purple colour and a rich and complex bouquet of spices, ripe plums, chocolate, with hints of oak. A well-balanced wine, with an intense, but velvety flavour, that leads to a long lasting aftertaste.
Aes Ambelis Omiros (Maratheftiko)
A rare and unique indigenous variety of Cyprus, rediscovered a few years back. The aromas and flavors typical of the blended varieties are harmoniously balanced in this medium to full-bodied wine. Specifically, the aromas of berries, black cherries and roses are characteristic in this wine, while it’s silky flavor, reminiscent of spices, leads to a long and round finish.
Aes Ambelis Commandaria
Commandaria, the dessert wine from Cyprus, is according to the Guinness Book of Records, the oldest manufactured wine in the world, its origins traced back to the 8th century BC. Commandaria is a protected designation of origin (PDO) wine and it is only produced in the commandaria region, a cluster of 14 villages in the Troodos mountain range. Commandaria has been continuously produced in the island since ancient times, enjoyed through the centuries by the ancient Greeks, the Byzantines, the Crusaders, by Knights and medieval Kings. Late harvest, dessert wine made from Xynisteri and Mavro varieties from very old, low yielding vineyards. In the barrel for 4 years. Best served at 14°C.
