‘Master of Wine’, Ido Lewinsohn, alongside the Wine Making Team of Kamanterena Winery, accepted the challenge, to create the most intriguing wine series, and so, the project x was born. Challenging the unknown, while provoking the mystery, project x is all about, discovering something new and unique. Bound by tradition, this wine series truly represents the innovative wine making spirit of Cyprus.
Project X Xynisteri 2019
Light golden colour with bright hue. On the nose, citrus, stone fruits, and hint of floral notes, alongside toast and spices from the oak. The palette is rich, creamy and intense with fresh acidity and long lingering finish. Overall, outstanding taste, freshness, noble acidity and good balance. One of the best local wines.
Project X Xynisteri 2020
Bright, light golden yellow colour, with bright hue. Elegant aromas of exotic fruits, citrus and subtle essences of white flowers, alongside a mild toast from the oak. Distinctive complex flavours, of tropical fruits, complemented by herbal, floral nuances & minerals.
Project X Maratheftiko 2019
Deep & intense velvety red color. Floral aromas reminiscent of violets, alongside black cherries & sweet spice. Rich & round flavour of red fruit, complemented by soft & silky tannins.
