Made in Charente by an englishman two centuries ago, Hine is one of the oldest and most well-known cognac producers in the world. It is the jewel of the French eaux-de-vie and the official supplier to the Queen of England.
Hine Rare V.S.O.P
Hine Rare VSOP cognac is crafted using a blend of eaux-de-vie from the Grande and Petite Champagne regions. Around 20 different eaux-de-vie make their way into this expression, resulting in a flavor profile that boasts waves of floral breeze, fresh fruit and warming woody spices. A stunning cognac that was first blended by the eponymous Thomas Hine many moons ago.
Hine Cigar Reserve
A blend of twenty eaux-de-vie produced using Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois grapes. Created by Bernard Hine and Nicholas Freeman (Hunters & Frankau) in their quest to find the perfect match between the most expressive of cigars and House of Hine cognacs. Cigar Reserve is an invitation to embark upon a Gauguin-like journey through precious wood and sweet cinnamon. Rich and corpulent in character, its exotic aromas reveal a taste for adventure. Its deep amber tones signal a cascade of aromatic complexity: zingy spices – fresh pepper and tobacco – underscore notes of walnut, honey and lightly toasted flavours. Discreetly enveloping the palate, it is the perfect companion for the first puffs of a powerful and fragrant tobacco.
Hine Antique X.O
Blended with eaux-de-vie exclusively from the premier cru, Grande Champagne, this Hine XO Antique Grande Champagne Cognac is innovation, a relic from the times of Georges Hine brought to life for the modern Cognac connoisseur. The recipe was developed in 1920 by Hine himself. The 40 different Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie have been aged for a minimum of 10 years in traditional French Limousin oak casks, a homage to Hine’s heritage and the Cognac house’s history of fine craftsmanship.
