Nowadays, there are dozens of breeds occupying a grand total of over 10 square kilometers of vineyards in winery’s possession, while every breed is grown in an area suitable for it. In 2000, a new sophisticated winery was established at Hulda kibbutz located in the Judean plain. The winery was designed with 21st century in mind. It boasts the most advanced production technologies in the world. The winery includes laboratories, farms, the packaging center, and the marketing & logistics center. Thanks to the enormous assortment of wine breeds and growth areas, the advanced fermentation methods, as well as over 5,000 natural oak barrels, Barkan winery is a real wine paradise. Barkan winemakers have gained world-wide renown and won prestigious awards due to the exceptional wine quality and the brave grape breed combinations.
Barkan Premier Series White
Semi dry white blend of Emerald Reisling and French Colombard.

Dry red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec.
Barkan Reserve Series Chardonnay
The wine is produced under strict controlled conditions from top-quality grapes of the winery, from vineyards in the Upper Galilee (85%) and Kiryat Anavim (15%). The final blend combines vigorous wines made in new oak casks after aging an additional six months, with wines which aged in stainless steel vessels. This combination creates a unique complexity- typical high- quality fruit which emerges from an intense, full body which is then perfected in a bottle.
Barkan Reserve Series Cabernet Sauvignon
The wine is produced under strict controlled conditions from top-quality grapes of the winery, from vineyards in the Upper Galilee and the southern Golan Heights. For the final blend, the wines were chosen from new oak casks and one-year old casks. The Barkan team of winemakers, responsible for the production of the wine, is proud of its deep shade, the precise black fruit maturation stage, which is rich with spices, embodying harsh yet softly harmonized tannins.
